Every client has a personal nurse health care manager dedicated to helping the patient obtain information and access quality and affordable care. The client’s nurse becomes familiar with benefit plans, managing care and developing a professional, yet personal, relationship. A team of physician advisors, health care finance and information specialists supports the nurse.
